Yes, the online invoice option is turned on and has been turned on since the latest QB online update.  Haven't had an issue with it until late August.  Same problem being reported at the top of thread.  I can see the invoice has been sent.  Some clients are receiving and opening the emails, but QBO is not showing the updated activity.
