Hi John, thanks for joining this thread. We're not aware of any issues with the invoice delivery status in QuickBooks Online at the moment. 

Do you have the online invoice option selected (Settings > Sales > Online delivery > Additional email options for invoices, and is the customer selecting the Review and pay button on the email?
