We appreciate that this must be causing an inconvenience for you and your customers, and we'd like to make sure that we can get to the bottom of this. 

 

Currently, we don't have any similar reported issues with our support team. Do you usually send the estimate/quote from the web version of QuickBooks, or the app?

 

If sending from the web, please clear the cache and Intuit-specific cookies on your usual web browse to see if this fixes for future transactions. If using the app, please uninstall and reinstall the app to the latest version available in your app store.
