We recognize the relevance of having the option to set different invoice messages for different templates inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). Since the option is still unavailable, we recommend sending a feature request to our Product Development Team. Once they see your suggestion, they'll evaluate it and consider adding the idea for future program updates. Here's how:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the top right-corner, click the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback and then enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Once ready, click Next to submit feedback.
