 Hello Daveyj1, thanks for posting on this thread, we appreciate what you are saying, have you tried clearing your cache and cookies to see if it resolves it for you as most of the time, doing this does resolve issues, we see what you are saying and have passed it on.  Can you open up an invoice, on the bottom banner select the invoice template and then go to print preview once you have done the clear of the cache and cookies (or if you prefer open up QuickBooks in a private browsing window). Does the message still not show? If so let us know which box on the template you're putting the message in, and we'll look into this further. Thanks
