Why should I waste yet more time trying to call or chat? Why did QB decide to treat this thread as resolved when it clearly is not?

Yes still having issues. 

Can you not simply add our details from here? 

By making it company specific is that an attempt to hide the problem? 

Sorry if this sounds negative but QB have had a year to fix this.
