I’ve come to the conclusion that Intuits customer support consists of ignoring the problem until people get tired of complaining. I’ve been trying a new channel of complaints on theirOfficial UK Facebook group. There’s a social media manager, Jack, who ignores all the post for help and request. He then posts a typical, ‘we are where to help’ type reply to one post, then he doesn’t post again for months. No idea what he is managing but it ain’t social media.
They have zero intention of fixing issues or making QBO a respectable product such as they have with the Desktop version. And this is a multi-billion dollar company.
