Unfortunately Intuit in their great quest at making this product as dumb as possible actually removed the ability to upload your own template. We are now stuck with this badly implemented variations of template styles within QBO. At great frustration to their customers.
Don’t expect it to be fixed at all, they can’t even fix problems dating back years such as the missing company logo on Statements and Purchase orders.

What you will have though is, one of the Intuit reps reply to this thread with a copy and paste answer asking you to send feedback and it will be passed onto their ‘dev team’
