Since you've already done most of the shared steps to clear off the Accounts Payable in your QuickBooks Online, I'd recommend reaching out to your accountant. They can help ensure your books are accurate.

 

You also want to contact our Customer Care team to take at the issue through screen sharing session to help resolve it.
