Good point! Yes, it clears the supplier balance from A/P but not the clearing account. I thought that the whole point of a clearing account was that the balance should be zero after the transactions have been entered properly. Can't see the answer in this thread, but if anyone had the answer, it would be appreciated. Cheers, Bill
