Yes, I have had the same message from support in that they are working on it - in the meantime I'm just telling customers that the problem is with Quickbooks, and that I will have to email them a pdf invoice.
I'm happy enough with QBSE otherwise, and am busy - so won't be looking for alternatives - and in the meantime, people know it's a QB issue, not me :D
