I've been 'selling' the positives of QBO to my clients including the Mileage functionality and have just purchased an additional 60 subscriptions as a wholesale pack.

Not a single one of my clients can use the Mileage function because, by default, I am the Master Admin for all of the clients so that I can be the only person that sees the subscription costs and amends users etc etc etc. 

How on earth is this anything other than a fairly useless function for any accountants??

It's like the discount on DocuSign - 2 years now and I still have not been able to get the discount??? No point advertising all these amazing functions and discounts and not actually being able to deliver them.

Come on QBO - get it sorted please.
