I am having the same issue... automated sales tax only makes it a nightmare for me filing my returns and makes it impossible for me to check to be sure our filing is accurate. It was never this hard in the desktop version. If I get fined, I'm coming after Intuit for the fees. I should be able to pull my sales and clearly see the taxable and non-taxable totals and have all my breakouts together, not 100 lines for 13 tax districts with the same information in multiple lines.
