Sales Tax Automation does not work, period! It adds so much additional work to correct incorrect counties that Quickbooks places invoices in even when zip codes and addresses are correct. Why cant you just allow customers to revert back to manual sales tax?

I have used QB for years and this by far is the worst change that has ever been made. I really hope its removed. Otherwise I need to move to another product. I have called and added multiple tickets and just like the other users in this thread nothing is being done!
