Wow!!

This is not a browser cache issue. That is one of the first things we attempted when working with this issue over a year ago.

I have attempted to use Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and even Safari.

All act the same.

Why would your response be that this issue is resolved? It absolutely is not resolved.
