Nice to see you here in the QuickBooks Community! Were you able to update your QuickBooks and follow the other instructions my colleague mentioned above? If so and the matter isn't resolved, I encourage you to go ahead and reach out to our Support Team. They will be able to take a look at your program through screensharing, perform some test and even escalate the case if necessary. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click QuickBooks Desktop Help or press the F1 key.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button, as seen in the display.
  3. Enter a brief description of the problem.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Choose which method you would like to connect. The options will be chat or our call-back feature.
