I appreciate all the efforts you have made so far. This time, I'll guarantee you that you'll see the updated form with three pages in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
Here are some things to follow to ensure the form will be visible in your account:
- If you use multi-user mode, ensure they're logged out before updating QBDT. If others are connected, these files will not update.
- If you have an anti-virus/firewall installed, you may need to adjust your settings or reboot in safe mode to allow the updates. If the anti-virus/firewall software is causing the update not to download, then the update will download in safe mode and will install after closing and reopening the file.
- If you're using hosted network or have a hosting service, I'd recommend reaching them to confirm the latest updates have been pushed.
- Ensure not to close your QuickBooks if you're experiencing slow internet.
- If QuickBooks is closed before the update fully downloads, then the download starts all over again the next time you open QuickBooks.

Once everything is complete, print the form by going to the 1099 Wizard. Please note that the opening wizard is important to ensure the payments are mapped correctly.
