To begin, let's first make sure that your program is updated to the latest release. This is to ensure you have the updated components and fixes. Also, making sure that your device is connected to the printer and that the printer software is installed will resolve the issue.

Once determine that everything is fine and you still can't print the form, let's perform a print test using a notepad. Here's how:

1. Go to the Start menu and browse to Notepad.
2. Input some text and select File, then Print.
3. Choose the correct printer and click Print.

If you still experience the same thing, please proceed in doing these steps:

1. Turn off the printer, restart your computer, and then turn the printer back on.
2. Ensure the printer paper is loaded correctly.
3. Click the Windows Start button, browse to the Control Panel, and double-click Printers and Faxes.
4. If the printer shows Offline, right-click the printer and select Use Printer Online.
5. Double-click the printer and if there are print jobs displayed in the queue, select Printer, then Cancel All Documents.
6. Then, close the window.
7. Right-click the printer, choose Properties, and select Print Test Page.

   Note: If the printer is a network printer and the test page does not print, network issues could be the cause.
