Hi SMB2020.   I am on a Macbook Pro 2020 using QB for Mac 2020 and having the same issue (except I don't even see an option to change from 2 to 4 or more on any screen!).  I am a one person company and not very tech savvy.  Would you email me at [email address removed] as I'd appreciate having a person to connect with to figure this out?
