Hi @Linda S and @alaskamaia,

I'll share the steps on how you can print 2-UP 1099-NEC form. Let's go to your printer settings to see it.

Here's how:

  1. Create your 1099s in QuickBooks.
  2. In the Choose a filing method window, pick the Print 1099-NEC or Print 1099-MISC button.
  3. Specify the date range for the forms then choose OK.
  4. Select all vendors you wish to print 1099s for.
  5. Tap the Print 1099 button. Click Print 1096s instead, if printing form 1096.
  6. Confirm your printer settings and choose 2-UP, and then Print.

For details, check out this article: Print your 1099 forms.

About the IRS accepting 2-UP forms, I recommend contacting IRS directly. They'll be able to answer your questions if they're going to receive them or not.

Additionally, here are some handy articles that'll guide you along. It contains information and details about which forms to file and their due dates.

Please know that you're always welcome to swing by if you have follow-up questions or concerns with 1099 forms. I'll be around for you. Have a good one.
