If so, the error message appeared because an expense account was changed to a sales tax liability account. To resolve this, you'll need to create a new expense account to record payments related to sales tax.

Once done, create a new expense transaction. This time, select the newly created account as the expense account related to the imported goods. Then, save the entry.
