This is what I had suspected

I think they need to set up the T3 summary and slip filing, similar to T4 and T5 filing, but obviously this is not yet set up

I had done my online "research" and found a list of T3 returns that can be efiled and the summary/slips were not included.

The filing of the regular T3 return (T3-RET) is also restricted in that you can only efile a T3 return if there is no taxable income and no tax balance. So while, HOORAY, we can now efile T3 returns.... well, only in limiited circumstances
