I'm using a competitor software this year and just checked my version.  It has no watermark on it.  
My suggestion is to verify that you are using the most updated version of Profile.  If your version is up-to-date, then perhaps Profile is behind schedule in updating this form to meet CRA certification standards.  Once it meets CRA standards, then the watermark will be removed.

 

Duncan can shed light on where they are at in the certification process.
