I have called, been on the phone for 3 hours(wasted time)... told that they cannot fix it!!! and need more time to investigate I am very  frustrated since I cannot print anything (pdf or hard print). I am asking for a call back from as customer service manager. I have spent thousands of $$$ on your product and when pdf printing is need most it has failed.
