Could also have something to do with the CRA delay in T-Slip Processing.  No worries though, they say they'll get caught up over the next several weeks [months/years]. I find that Efile reply code 180-01 means a manual system verification to check Efiled Returns with Processed Slip Data & until Slips are processed, Taxpayers are left waiting & without any compensation (ie refund interest).
