The T183CORP is in the correct CRA format. The entries reference the correct lines of the T2 return as required by CRA. As per the CRA form, provincial/territorial tax is reported on a separate line on the T183 for all except Quebec and Alberta, provinces which require separate tax filings.

There is not a way to change entries on a CRA form.
