Being able to track your credit card fees and sales to the right accounts is the key to good bookkeeping. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction for this.

In order to get these transactions fixed and tracked to the right accounts I recommend reaching out to your accountant as they are trained in how to make these kind of correcting entries.
