Welcome back to the Community. It's vital you're able to create a new invoice form that doesn't include the custom fields which appear on the current invoice form. I'll be happy to provide more info so you're on the right track with achieving your goals. 

You can create another invoice template by clicking on the Gear icon > Custom Form Styles > click on New Style and select Invoice from the drop-down. QuickBooks provides you the flexibility that allows you to manage your custom field directly on the invoice screen. To do this open the invoice in question > click on the Gear icon on the Invoice page > from here you have an array of options that allow you to manage the custom fields for that particular invoice.
