We have QBO and we also use plenty of work orders. I have been playing with making another template labeled work order from the estimate. When I do a work order I go to the customize at the bottom of the estimate and choose work order and print. But dont save it, just get out of it so the estimate is intact.  Problem is you have to have admin abilities to get the customize button.  We have been using Method which talks to QBO and it does do work orders. I just want to quit paying for it, when the sales team can do everything in QBO except work orders.
