Hi Laura,

It me again, and this is about Work Orders (again).

Here's the speculation from a customer:  It appears to all of us business owners on this thread that Intuit's QBO management team must have too many layers.  Perhaps each layer trying to spin things in the way that makes them appear great to the next level of boss in turn all the way to the top.  Everyone is afraid to speak about the elephant in the room, so this turns into a whole lot of back patting and jockeying for the next promotion.  Problem is, nobody capable of fixing this appears to be even remotely connected with your customers.  My business would run straight into the ground if I didn't solve problems for my clients ASAP.  We're all in business for ourselves here.  That's such a different mind set than working for someone else and we (your customers) get it 110%.  BTW, do y'all even use QBO to manage Intuit or any of its business holdings?

BLUF:  Let's get this to someone with the horsepower to MAKE IT HAPPEN and quit wasting everyone's valuable time (including yours) doing the two step tiptoe around the problem we want your to solve with your product.

Business 101, in case anybody there needs a refresher:  A business exists to increase the wealth of the owners.  It does this by creating value for others.  It creates value for others when it successfully solves problems that people need solved, thus creating value for which others are willing to pay.  Please get your people busy creating the value we are requesting and you have said is being worked on since 2019 - Has it been that long already?!?!?!.  I'm not a programmer, but I'm thinking that this must be seriously tough to program.  Have y'all really had folks busy trying to add the work orders feature to QBO since 2019 as stated by Intuit people on this thread??? .  Be honest, we're all big boys and girls here.

All the best!

Ken
