I turned one of my ‘estimate’ templates into a ‘work order’ by editing it....this is a customer work around I created for myself. So if I can do this how come the option to create that template and name it as such is so complex? In the amount of time your reps have taken to respond it could have been added to the template option. Just my two cents.
