WOW! If I treated my customers the way you treat yours, I’d be out of business. Let me ask you something...why did you respond yesterday? Was it really to tell everyone you don’t care if you have our business? To leave and find a new accounting program? 

None of us need your permission to run our businesses as we see fit, and it’s really quite disturbing that you felt it was appropriate to even say anything at all.
