I want to assure each of you that I see what you're saying about this feature being a part of workflow and how using a third-party substitute is not the best solution for you. At this time, I don't have information on when or if a work order feature will be added to QuickBooks Online. Although feedback doesn't get you a direct response, it's the best method to use to communicate your desires to our team as the comments there are reviewed for consideration in future updates, which I know I've mentioned on this thread before.

I know it has been some time since this thread way started so it can feel like those voices aren't being heard, but submitting feedback is the key part of the process here since that's forwarded to the appropriate team. We value all feedback and so I want to make sure that everyone has the best steps for how to approach this.

Time spent waiting for a feature or needing to use a third-party tool can mean extra work for you, so I can appreciate if QuickBooks Online isn't the right solution for you at this time. While I'd love for you to stick with us, what works for your business is what's most important. I encourage you each to make whatever decision you feel is optimal for your business.
