submitting requests from users to dev team will not work. 

Transparency on this process is required for this thread. Dev team does what they are told that comes down from Exec to Team execs, to managers to leads to dev. At times this resolves the issues in a timely manner as all our auto payments are done precisely to the day.

This post started in 2019, here we are 2021 and still no reasonably workaround outside of the differed charge, Can we defer payment for a solution to a collective issue/request/feature on our monthly plan as this seems quite BeTA to me at this time.

WHAT ERP ARE YOU USING??? Just asking because it seems your not using your product/products/ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING system effectively.

Its a work order, add it, too much time has lasped
