Same issue here. As long as QB has been around you would think they would have a way to accept any % of payment and be able to automatically invoice the rest over the # payments agreed to with the customer. The only way I see to do it is to invoice for the % initially and set up an automatic invoice in memorized transactions for the balance in number of payments.
