You can turn on the feature to display suggestions for associated transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), ABG5.

Once enabled, QuickBooks will automatically show time-related transactions associated with the selected customer.

Here’s how to enable the Suggestions feature:

1. Open an invoice and select a customer from the dropdown menu.
2. Click the Manage icon in the upper right-hand corner and choose Suggestions.
3. Check the box next to Automatically show suggested transactions.
4. Click the X button in the upper right-hand corner to close the settings.
5. To refresh the page, select a different customer from the dropdown menu, and then switch back to the correct customer.

Once the feature is enabled, suggested transactions will appear in the right pane. You can simply click Add next to the relevant transaction to include it in the invoice.
