Thanks for joining us here.   QuickBooks Online provides the option to send your customers a sales receipt or a statement.  There isn't a specific sales receipt template for the purpose of donations received.  Please don't hesitate to submit a suggestion to the Development Team.  Follow this link to Track funds you receive from donors in QuickBooks Online.
