It's good to have you here in the Community, 0722259325. I'll be glad to help you send a bank statement here in QuickBooks.

Sending bank statements in QuickBooks Online can generally be done by exporting or sharing the necessary information that you have recorded in QuickBooks. While QuickBooks Online doesn’t directly generate bank statements in the traditional sense from your bank, you can access bank transactions and reports.

Here’s how:

  1. In your QuickBooks Online.
  2. On the left sidebar, click on Reports.
  3. Select the Report Type, in the search bar.
  4. You can type Transaction Detail by Account.
  5. You can customize the Report:
    • Set the date range for the report to cover the period you want.
    • In the "Filter" section, you can choose the specific bank account if you have multiple accounts listed.
  6. Select More options above beside Save As.
  7. Export or directly Send the bank statement via Email, you have to click the Email Report and then make adjustments.
  8. Hit Send Email.

Additionally, I'm adding this resource to help you export your reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online: Export your QuickBooks Online data.

Moreover, For more resources and tips while managing your books in QuickBooks Online, feel free to check out some topics from the Help Article page.
