Before anything else, please make sure to turn on your location from the categories section. This way, it'll add a location field on forms so you can assign it to different locations on the report. To do this, here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
2. Choose the Advance tab and click the Pencil icon from the Categories section.
3. From there, turn on the buttons of Track classes and Track locations.
4. Select Save and Done to confirm.

If you haven't added a location, you can follow these steps to add a new one. Here's how:

1. Go to the gear icon and select All lists under LISTS.
2. Click Locations, then select New, and enter the location.
3. Click Save.

After that, we can proceed with pulling up an Actual vs. Budget report in QBO and ensure to input the correct name, fiscal year, and interval. This way, it would show in your report. Here's how:

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Budgeting under Tools.
2. Find your budget on the list.
3. Click the Run Budget vs. Actuals report dropdown arrow under the Action column, then choose Run Budgets Overview report.
4. Click the Filter section, select from the dropdown arrow, or search the location you want from the Search bar under the Filter by section.
