Thanks for reaching out here in the Community to let me assist you with your concern about getting a snapshot of your business in QuickBooks Online, @bobrilleelectric.

I know a way to check your daily sales and profit. You can generate two separate reports to check the information you need. You can run a Sales report, then a Profit and Loss report. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. From the search bar, enter the keyword Sales.
  3. Choose a report that suits your needs.
  4. From there, you can modify the Report period and Accounting method.
  5. You can also personalize it by selecting Customize
  6. Once done, Run report to save the changes.

On top of that, you can do the same when pulling up the Profit and Loss report.

Additionally, I've added some resources that you can use to learn more about personalising and exporting reports to help you manage your business:

I'm just a post away if you have any other questions about your reports. It's always my pleasure to help. Keep safe and have a good one.
