Welcome to the Community.

Yes, Stephanie. I'd be delighted to share the format when importing Journal Entries into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

With QBO's import feature, you can easily import journal entries using a CSV or Excel file. To do that:

  1. Go to + New.
  2. Select Journal Entry.
  3. Click Import.

Before doing so, ensure that your file includes the following information:

  • Journal No
  • Journal Date
  • Journal Code
  • Account Name
  • Journal
  • Debits
  • Credits
  • Select date format

For more information about importing data in QBO, you can read this article: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online.

In addition, you can print a single journal entry or multiple entries on one report in QBO. To do so, you'll have to customise the report
