Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @sam-magiclightbo.

The transactions showing on your customer statement may have closed or paid entries. You'll want to review each of the transactions and verify if there are closed or paid entries.

Once verified, you'll have to delete and recreate the transactions. Then, generate the customer statement again. If this work, you can send the statement to your client.

However, if you get the same result, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this resolved. There are times that the browser stores frequently accessed data, thus causing QuickBooks to act weirdly. To open a private browser, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

If the troubleshooting works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If this persists while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.

Come back to this post and let me know how it goes, @sam-magiclightbo. I want to make sure this is taken care of.

You may also want to view the status of your sales transactions in QuickBooks. You can go to the Sales menu and select All Sales.

Wishing you all the best!
