Good day, @ndaba-thulamelac. I can help you pull up a report that you need to get the customer statements for your reference.

You can view your customer statements by filtering the Sales menu in your QuickBooks account. This way, you’ll be able to see their summaries of invoices and payments, including other transactions.

Here’s how:

  1. On the left pane, go to the Sales menu.
  2. Navigate to the All sales tab.
  3. Select the Filter ▼ dropdown.
  4. Choose Statements in the Type dropdown.
  5. Select the date range from the Date dropdown.
  6. In the Customer dropdown, select the customers you want to see the statements for. Then, click Apply.

In case you want to delete or customise statements, you can refer to this article. Through this, you can take a look at their deadlines.

Another way of checking such information related to customers is by running a Transaction List by Customer Report. You can customise it to show your desired data or transactions. I’ll be glad to show you how:

  1. On the left pane, go to the Reports menu.
  2. Look or search for Transaction List by Customer Report.
  3. Click on the Customise button.
  4. Under the Filter section, tick the boxes of the data you want to be shown.
  5. Tap Run report.

To learn more about personalising reports, you can read through this article. You can then save it to preserve the customisation by memorising it.

Kindly update me on how things go by adding another comment below. I want to make sure your report is accurate. I'm always here if you need further guidance about statement transactions for your customers. Have a great day!
