I'd be delighted to share a few details about adding the company logo to your customer statements, @design-earlstone.

 

You can go to the Company settings to add your company logo. Once set up, the logo will automatically appear on the top right of the customer statement when you send it to your clients.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon and then select Account and settings.
  2. Go to Company settings and then choose Company name.
  3. Click the Plus button on the Company logo to add the logo.
  4. Hit Save to publish logo and then Save.

 

You can now send the customer statements that include the company logo on top of it.

 

On the other hand, the ability to change customer statements is unavailable for now. I know this could turn out your business more professional looking and authentic. In the meantime, I suggest submitting feedback by clicking the Gear icon on the top right. This way, our engineers will know that this is significant to your business.
