Issues like this are sometimes caused by your browser holding too much data. When this happens, it can result in odd behaviors within the product.
To start with, weβll have to open your account in a private window or incognito mode. It does not store data, which makes it a good place to start to see if there are any issues with the browser.
Depending on the browser you're using, refer to these keyboard shortcuts:
From there, open any reports and hover your mouse to adjust the column width. If youβre able to perform this task smoothly, clear the cache of your regular browser to start on a clean slate. I also suggest running the Health Checkup Tool to identify any issues with the browserβs health and its compatibility with QBO.
