The option to delete the reconciliation report is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, you can un-reconcile and remove the transactions that have already reconciled.
You can check out the Undo and remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online article for the detailed steps.
You can also consult your accountant if they are using QBO Accountant version. They have can undo the whole month's reconciliations for you.
