Let's run and customise the Estimates by Customer report, dukhoncoil.

This way, you'll be able to see the details you'd like to see.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type in Estimates by Customer, then click to open.
  3. Select the Customise button.
  4. Choose the correct report period.
  5. Under Rows/Columns, click Change columns.
  6. Place a checkmark on the details you'd like to add.
  7. Click Filters, place a checkmark beside Customer.
  8. Place a checkmark beside Estimate Status, then select the status you'd like to see.
  9. Once done, click on Report.

The customers with many listed transactions have the highest order.

For further guidance in personalising your reports, please see this article: Customise Reports.

You can also memorise the report in QuickBooks. This helps you save the current customize settings.
