The report mentioned by my colleague @RoseMarjorieA will show the open PO's only. If you want the details of all your purchase orders, you can pull the Purchases by Product/Service Detail report. Let me walk you through how.
- Go to Reports. Then, enter Purchases by Product/Service Detail in the search field.
- Hit the Customize button at the top. Change the Report period to your specified date.
- Hover towards the Filter drop-down. Then, mark the box next to Transaction Type.
- Select Non-Posting. See the attached image below.
- Click Run report.
The above steps will post all your PO transactions in detail. From there, you can either print or export the report to Excel. To print, just click the Printer icon in the report.
