I can help you in resolving the error you have when trying to update your recurring journal entry, @hans2.

Can you send us a screenshot where you're trying to click this Update for all button? That'll surely help us in resolving the error you have.

Also, this error can be caused by the piled-up cache in your regular browser. Let’s isolate this issue by clearing your browser’s cache. Try using a private browser or an incognito window when trying to update this recurring journal entry. If it works, proceed and clear the cache in the one that you're currently using.

Here’s how to go incognito or use a private browser:

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Once you're done clearing your browser's cache, restart your browser for the changes to take effect. If not, try using other browsers.

Let me know if there's anything else that I can help with your transactions. I'm always here ready to assist. Have a wonderful day!
