Since it is not functioning in your application, I recommend continuing to use your computer in the meantime.

 

It is best to reach out to our Live Support Team so they can check your Android app to identify the root cause and help you successfully create an invoice and select the appropriate sales tax.

  1. Click the (?) Help button in the top-right corner of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Choose the Search tab, then type your question to activate the Contact us.
